At L'Osteria delle fornaci you can savour excellent and rare traditional Roman dishes: bollito di manzo in Picchiapò (braised beef with tomato and onion) and traditional broccoli and arzilla (skate) soup, served only when ingredients are seasonally available. We also serve classic first and second courses such as: pasta carbonara, pasta amatriciana, cacio e pepe (pasta with cheese and pepper), saltimbocca alla romana (veal escalopes), coda alla vaccinara (ox tail stew) and plenty more.
