At L'Osteria delle fornaci you can taste fantastic long-forgotten traditional Roman dishes: bollito di manzo in Picchiapò (braised beef with tomato and onion) and traditional broccoli and arzilla (skate) soup, only when all the ingredients are in season. We also serve classic first and second courses such as: pasta carbonara, pasta amatriciana, cacio e pepe (pasta with cheese and pepper), saltimbocca alla romana (veal escalopes), coda alla vaccinara (ox tail stew) and much more.
